HORRIBLE LOSS

Ridge, Bill and Brooke arrive at the clinic on Catalina Island, excited to meet their granddaughter. They are devastated to learn that Hope’s baby was stillborn. Brooke consoles her griefstricken daughter.

COME TOGETHER

In Malibu, Steffy and Taylor anticipate the arrival of Kelly’s half sister. Ridge returns home and breaks the sad news to them that Hope’s baby died.

FEAR FACTOR

Reese is still on edge that the thug reached out to him on Catalina. Zoe, oblivious to her father’s real anxiety, attributes it to Hope’s stillbirth. Fearing for his daughter’s safety, Reese suggests that Zoe and Xander move in together.

Later, the thug surprises Reese in the Forrester parking lot. Reese panics. Meanwhile, Zoe discusses her concern about her dad with Xander. Later, Reese loses it when he receives yet another threat, with a photo of Zoe attached.

SAD TIDINGS

As Eric and Quinn host a mournful gathering, Steffy feels guilty that Liam was delayed getting to Hope because of her and Kelly. Maya, Wyatt and Sally visit Hope and Liam. When the time is right, Steffy checks in on Hope and offers her friendship and support.

SWIRL OF EMOTION

After Reese reflects on his sweet moments with Taylor, she gives him advice to help him through his difficult time. Reese tells Taylor that he’d like to show her how much he cares for her.

Zoe informs Xander that she feels obligated to defend her father in light of his role in Hope’s loss.

SWEET AND SOUR

Ridge suggests that he and Bill start being true leaders of their families. They revisit their tumultuous history, then Ridge accuses Bill of playing nice to win over Brooke. Brooke makes it clear to the men where her loyalty lies.
