CHILD CARE
Chelsea and Nick panic when they realize that Christian has disappeared. Chelsea asks Connor to help look for him. The parents are horrified to learn that Connor locked Christian in the garage. Chelsea insists on bringing Adam back from Las Vegas; a hesitant Nick agrees to the trip.
GO YOUR OWN WAY
At the coffeehouse, Elena is surprised to hear Nate defend Amanda, and asks if he’s falling for the attorney. He responds no. When Nate reveals that he and Abby have split, Elena encourages him to give Ms. Newman another chance. Later, Nate and Abby have a heart-to-heart and they realize their values are too different to be in a
relationship. Lola comforts Abby after.
AGAINST HIS WILL
Devon is suspicious when Jill reveals that Cane has found the original will. Devon tries to get info from Amanda, who accuses him of trying to bribe her. Devon insists he wasn’t, then threatens to take Amanda down if she doesn’t drop
the case.
Cane returns to Genoa City and he and Jill hire a forensic examiner, who vouches for the document’s authenticity. Cane struggles to process that Katherine left her estate to him.
DWELLING ON IT
Summer is shaken to hear Kyle and Lola are house hunting and thinking about starting a family. Summer covers her feelings and helps Kyle look at properties.
Theo tries to win over Lola by apologizing to her and she’s touched by his genuineness. A wary Abby warns Theo not to create problems for the newlyweds. Theo starts to charm Abby but he messes up by mentioning Arturo.
Kyle and Lola’s marriage hits a snag when they want different things in their future home.
TAKING A GAMBLE
In Sin City, Nick tracks down Adam and explains Connor’s distress. Adam is shaken when he hears how his son has been acting out, but bristles when Nick urges him to come home and help Connor. Meanwhile, Chelsea brings Connor to the Newman ranch, hoping Victor can get through to his grandson. Victor is surprised by how deeply wounded Connor is.
Adam returns to Genoa City and tries to win Connor’s trust, but the boy says he will only accept Adam’s return if he can live with his dad. A desperate Chelsea agrees to the arrangement. Nick’s hesitant, but supports her decision.
SCHOOL DAZE
During a visit with Dina, Jack and Traci try to get details about her relationship with Stuart Brooks. Seemingly lucid, Dina reacts emotionally to the letter she wrote to
Stuart, but Jack and Traci are disappointed when their mother’s memory begins to fade. Traci shows Jack an invitation to a post-prom party at the Abbott house, with a note from Stuart to Dina.
SISTER ACT
Devon is blown away when Jill and Cane reveal that the will has been verified. However, the statute of limitations for contesting it has expired and it’s up to Devon if the latest terms will be honored. After Jill and Cane leave, Nate encourages Devon to think about what Neil would do. Devon calls Lily and asks her to come to Genoa City. She rushes to his side. She’s stunned when Amanda, Hilary’s look-alike, shows up at her brother’s place.
ON GUARD
Phyllis uses the new security system she had installed at the Grand Phoenix to spy on everyone there, using Adam’s penthouse as a home base. Phyllis is thrown when Adam arrives and orders her to move out to make room for Connor. Chelsea tries to stay strong as she leaves her son with Adam, who promises Connor that he’s back for good. A homeless Phyllis decides to move into the hotel.
MIX AND MATCH
Victoria worries that Adam’s return will push Billy over the edge again. He assures her that he’s fine. Billy returns to Jabot, which puts Kyle on edge. Billy accuses Kyle of having a bad attitude about their partnership, and Billy admits that he’s waiting for his nephew to fail.
