Ridge catches up with Carter. During their chat, Ridge opines that Steffy and Liam still love each other.

CRITICAL CONDITION

Still hot from Thomas’s taunting, Liam proposes to Hope. He has a condition, however: While

Hope can still act as a mother to Douglas, Liam insists that Hope dissolve her custody agreement with Thomas. Douglas and Thomas interrupt and when he learns of Liam’s ultimatum, Thomas badmouths Liam.

After Thomas’s scene, Hope begs Liam to not attach that condition to his proposal; Liam implores Hope to realize that Thomas is still obsessed with her. When he gets nowhere, Liam exits.

TALK TALK

At the Cliff House, Liam relays the details of the proposal to Steffy, who replies that she doesn’t want to hear about how much Liam loves Hope.

changed, Ridge pleads with Brooke to forgive Thomas. He then questions her about Liam’s ultimatum. Brooke vows that one day, Ridge will see Thomas for the man he really is.

KISS DISS

Thomas learns new information when he eavesdrops on a personal conversation between Hope and Brooke. He then secretly tails Hope to Steffy’s as she searches for Liam. Thomas puts his next plan into action, using Steffy and Liam’s feelings for each other to manipulate them into a kiss. Thomas is tickled when Hope arrives and catches the pair in a buss.
