EX MARKS THE SPOT

When Mariah questions Tessa’s lack of enthusiasm over Tanner’s offer to go on tour with him, Tessa admits that she and the rocker were once married. Tessa explains that it was a drunken mistake when they were young musicians. Mariah is furious that Tessa has kept yet another secret from her. Mariah storms out, then complains to Sharon about Tessa’s latest betrayal.

Meanwhile, Tanner shows up at Tessa’s apartment and presses for an answer to his invitation. Tessa laments that she kept their marriage a secret from her girlfriend. Mariah returns and Tanner

does his best to impress her. Mariah swallows her pride and tells them that Tessa joining the tour is a good move for her career.

BUMP IN THE ROAD

Rey notices Sharon’s odd behavior and asks if she’s okay. Sharon assures him that she’s fine, but

later meets with her doctor, who advises her to get a biopsy of a lump in her breast.

NOT SO FAST

After Nick breaks up with her, Chelsea shows up at Adam’s penthouse. He agrees to give her all the time she needs to decide her next move.

She informs Adam that if she does give him another chance, he must promise never to leave her again. He agrees, but she still doesn’t make a decision. The next morning, Chelsea explains to Connor that she’ll be living with them full-time. Connor is thrilled. Later, Chelsea overhears Adam on the phone with a child therapist that Sharon recommended. Chelsea is impressed by his devotion to their son.

TOUGH CROWD

At Jabot, Theo walks in on a surprise birthday party that Jack planned for Kyle. The vibe is awkward because Theo wasn’t invited, but he claims it’s okay, given Kyle’s feelings for him. Lola scolds Kyle for not giving Theo a chance. Kyle retorts that Lola is letting Theo interfere in their marriage.

DOC SHOP

Devon is enthusiastic about Elena’s idea to open a medical clinic at the New Hope housing center. When Elena sees that Devon is distracted, she urges him to hire Chance to investigate Amanda so Devon can find out what’s going on with her and move on.

FATHERS AND SONS

Adam visits Victor at

the ranch and asks him not to exclude Connor from Newman family events to spare Nick’s feelings. Victor cautions Adam about entering into a relationship with Chelsea.

OOH, BABY

Chloe announces her pregnancy to Billy and Chelsea. During the conversation, Chelsea admits that she’s considering reunitbut ing with Adam.

Billy and Chloe discourage her Chelsea insists that Adam has let go of his baggage and is the man she once knew. Chelsea heads home. She and Adam proclaim their love for each other and make love.

WARM UP

Mariah admits to Tessa that she’s worried that their relationship could be affected by her going on tour. Tessa promises nothing will change .... Nick tells Phyllis that he broke up with Chelsea. Phyllis insists he’s better off without Chelsea... Sharon hosts a dinner for Mariah’s birthday. Nick arrives and they share a sweet moment remembering Cassie.

WOE AND HOPE

Devon confides to Nate that Hamilton-winters has suffered some financial losses and he needs to make some hard decisions. Later, Nate agrees to help Devon and Elena get the New Hope Clinic up and running.
