OUT OF PRACTICE
While Jason rejects Brando’s overture of friendship, Sam, Molly and Kristina get into a heated discussion about Molly and Brando. Alexis arrives, and doesn’t disclose that she just met with the bar association. Molly confesses to her mom that she cheated on TJ. Sam and Kristina’s bickering escalates, and Kristina ends up lobbing a low blow at Sam about her relationship with Jason. Molly and Alexis pointedly remind Kristina that all of her relationships have failed. Alexis fills in Molly and Kris about her recent fall
off the wagon. When she gets word that she has been disbarred, she tries to cover her devastation as her children rally around her.
Neil tells an unapologetic Julian about how he lost his medical license. Julian angrily tells Neil that he has no right to walk away from Alexis after the sacrifices she made for him.
TAKE A STAND
On the eve of Wiley’s custody hearing, Nelle
and Martin talk strategy while Carly seeks out dirt on Nelle from Nina. Nina’s softening toward Nelle becomes apparent, alarming Jax and Carly. Nelle asks Nina to testify on her behalf.
Jax warns her about what supporting Nelle might cost her. Nelle then drops by Charlie’s, hoping to persuade Julian to serve as a character witness for her by offering him access to Wiley if she wins. Julian shoots her down, citing Nelle’s past misdeeds.
THE END IS NEAR
At Turning Woods, Sonny takes Carly and Jason’s advice and tries
Does Nikolas still have romantic feelings for Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst)? Marcus Coloma opines:
“I think he feels a lot of ‘what if?’ where Elizabeth is concerned because they didn’t work out when they got involved while she was in a relationship with his brother. I think he’s definitely entertaining the idea that they were right for each other and should have been together.”
to probe Mike about what course of action he wants Sonny to take regarding his end-of-life care. He is surprised by Mike’s response. Carly arrives and is touched by the father/ son moment she witnesses.
THIRD TIME’S A CHARM
Brook Lynn and Michael run into Chase and Sasha at the boxing gym. Brook Lynn decks Sasha. At G.H., Finn nearly tells Willow the truth about Chase’s Sasha ruse, but Michael’s arrival with an injured Sasha ends their conversation. Finn treats Sasha and asks if she’s having second thoughts about her ploy. Meanwhile, Chase arrests Brook Lynn — again — and she summons Julian to the PCPD in hopes that he will bail her out. Chase goes to Charlie’s, where Nelle taunts him about the end of his relationship with Willow and hints that she might be willing to rekindle their love affair. He calls her delusional.
SUSPICIOUS MIND
Maxie and Peter stop by The Floating Rib and find Robert and Mac drowning their sorrows over Holly. Anna suggests that they go elsewhere, given Robert’s state of distress. Robert blasts Peter, lamenting that Holly lost her life while Peter still has his. Struck by the comment, Peter privately meets with one of his contacts, who assures him that Holly’s demise is unrelated to Peter’s request for something to distract
Scorpio. Back at the bar, Anna confides in Felicia that she reviewed the WSB account of Holly’s fatal accident and it led her to wonder if there is more to the story.
PICK UP THE PACE
Sonny assures Curtis that he has a plan to take down Cyrus; it’s just going to take some time. Mac confers with Jordan about his kidnapping investigation and grows suspicious of her. Cyrus approaches Laura and Carly as they discuss the dire consequences to G.H. if Nelle were to win the malpractice suit. He tells the women he wants to invite them to his housewarming party. Carly fumes to Sonny, who says that Cyrus’s day of reckoning is coming soon.
