COME TOGETHER
After opening up about their struggling love lives, Quinn and Carter wake up in bed together the next morning. The duo is quickly brought back to reality when Quinn receives a text from Zoe asking for an update about her progress with Carter. Quinn and Carter are stricken with guilt and remorse, and dread the possible consequences of their night together. However, it still doesn’t dampen their passion for one another.
At Forrester Creations, a frantic Zoe searches for Quinn and finds Paris instead.
HOME AGAIN
Liam tells Hope how happy he is to be back in their home with his family, and promises to love her forever. Ridge witnesses a sweet moment between Thomas and Douglas, and commends Thomas for taking Liam’s return to Hope in such a positive manner.
Thomas shares his anger and devastation over Vinny’s death and shows Ridge a video tribute he made to memorialize his friend. When Deputy Chief Baker arrives and questions Thomas. Ridge steps in and defends his son.
Liam panics when
Hope receives an email about Vinny, and she asks him to watch the video tribute that Thomas made. A tense Liam flashes back to the accident, and Hope realizes that Liam’s mind has gone elsewhere.
THOUGHT BUBBLE
Zoe tries to concentrate on work but can’t stop thinking about where Quinn is and if she was able to get through to Carter.
Quinn and Carter make love again, and Quinn comments that there will be trouble for the both of them if anyone finds out about their liaison.
Later, a nervous and paranoid Zoe becomes convinced that Carter has moved on with another woman, and that Quinn can’t bear to face her and tell her the truth.
BOYS TOWN
Bill is glad that Liam is back with his family, but remains concerned that his son hasn’t been able to move past Vinny’s death.
Wyatt happens upon Liam and Bill arguing yet again, and is frustrated that his family won’t tell him what is going on.
GIRL TALK
Once she connects with Quinn, Zoe puts her on the spot, wondering if Carter has agreed to give her a second chance. Carter enters and overhears Zoe asking about him. Carter and Quinn quietly feel the weight of their secret. Once Quinn exits, Zoe professes her love to Carter, and reveals that she employed Quinn’s help because she knows how persuasive Eric’s wife can be. A guilty Carter tries to steer the conversation away from Quinn.
Back at home, Quinn contemplates her situation and confers with Shauna.
SIS, BOOM, BLAH
Paris interrupts Zoe pleading with Carter to give her another chance, providing him with an excuse to exit. Paris then comforts her heartbroken sister over Carter’s unresponsiveness.
Later, Carter surprises Brooke when he defends Quinn’s behavior. He quickly covers and says that Quinn has been advocating on Zoe’s behalf.
TELL ALL
Shauna is shocked to learn that Quinn slept with another man. Quinn explains that she turned to someone else because Eric hasn’t returned her affection for months. Quinn adds that she’s not trying to justify what she did. Shauna demands to know the man’s identity — and is stunned to learn it’s Carter.
THE GOOD WIFE
Ridge fills in Brooke about Eric and Quinn’s marital troubles. After,
Eric admits to them that he hopes that his impasse with Quinn is only temporary. Eric goes to see Quinn and overhears part of her conversation with Shauna. He asks if something happened while he was out of town. Shauna covers and tells Eric that they were discussing the night they decided to sabotage Ridge’s marriage. After Quinn leaves, Eric talks to Shauna about his wife. Quinn, meanwhile, rushes to Carter’s to implore him to keep their secret because her marriage to Eric depends on it.
