Imani shows up at Amanda’s suite and apologizes for her recent behavior. Amanda is skeptical of her sister’s turnaround. Amanda becomes even more curious when Imani reveals she attended law school but never took the bar exam. Imani then offers to help Amanda with their grandfather’s case. Later, Amanda tells Devon about the encounter and adds that she’s tempted to accept Imani’s offer as a way to find out what she’s really up to. Devon warns Amanda that there may be more to her family than meets the eye.

FIRE DOWN BELOW

At the Montalvo farmhouse in Kansas, Nick finds Adam hiding in the cellar. Nick explains to Adam that Faith is in need of a kidney transplant and Adam is a possible donor. Nick promises that if Adam returns to Genoa City, Nick will keep him hidden and even help him escape after the surgery. Adam eventually agrees to go back, but tornado-force winds cause debris to block the door and the brothers can’t leave.

In her hospital room, Faith overhears Sharon dreaming about Adam. When Sharon awakens, she explains that Faith needs a transplant and Adam may be her only hope. Mariah arrives and Sharon tells her daughter about Faith’s health crisis.

When Faith asks Rey if he’s moved out of their house, he assures the teen that he still loves Sharon .... Moses promises Faith that he’ll research her condition so she has a friend to talk to about it .... Sharon apologizes to Rey for everything
