TRASH TALK
Sheila and Brooke face off. After, Brooke goes to see Taylor and lets her know in no uncertain terms that she is determined to save her marriage and will not allow Taylor to steal Ridge. Taylor points out that Brooke lost Ridge all on her own.
MAN WALKING
Deacon balks when Hope asks him to appeal to Ridge on Brooke’s behalf. Deacon remains wary when Hope explains that it’s a great way to make up for his misdeeds. Eventually, Deacon gives in and goes to see Ridge, who rejects Deacon’s efforts.
Hope laments to Liam that she can’t believe Brooke and Ridge’s marriage is over because of her father. Later at the Forrester CEO office, Hope makes a plea to Ridge about Brooke and desperately attempts to persuade him to take Brooke back.
LUNCH BUNCH
Bill, Wyatt and Liam catch up over lunch at Il Giardino. When Liam shares the Brooke/ridge drama, Bill isn’t surprised about how quickly Ridge gave up on Brooke. Liam stresses the toll the split has taken on Brooke.
WE ARE FAMILY
Steffy rejoices about having her family back together. Taylor returns and apprises Steffy of what happened with Brooke. Steffy reminds her mother that she deserves Ridge. Steffy and Taylor then visit Ridge at the office. Taylor offers Ridge kindness and helps him move on to the next chapter of his life without Brooke.
PLEAS AND THANK YOU
Deacon goes to Brooke and expresses his love for her, insisting that Ridge is not her destiny and she should choose him instead. He vows to be committed to Brooke. After he leaves, Brooke comes undone.
TWO OF A KIND
Thomas is home alone
when Sheila knocks on the door to see Taylor. Thomas and Sheila have a heated argument about Sheila’s place within the Forrester family. Thomas is confused when Sheila remarks that she is responsible for Ridge and Taylor getting back together, and she accidentally spills that she may have had something to do with Brooke’s bender on New Year’s Eve. Without disclosing precisely what she did, Sheila lets Thomas know that he and his family should be appreciative of her efforts to bring them together. She then issues Thomas a dire warning.
TALK SHOW
Taylor supports Ridge and his uneasiness over broadcasting their renewed relationship. Ridge confesses he’s worried about how the news will affect Brooke. Taylor commends Ridge for his empathy during this crazy time.
Brooke sullenly tells Hope that her situation is too painful, and wonders if it is time to set Ridge free. Hope urges Brooke to keep fighting.
After, Brooke thinks back to her night with Deacon, attempting to figure out why she drank. When Deacon shows up, Brooke says it’s not good for him to be there. Deacon is surprised when Brooke tells him to stop blaming Ridge for her current dilemma; it’s all her fault.

Ridge and Taylor’s playful banter is interrupted by Thomas’s arrival. After seeing his parents so happy, Thomas decides not to say anything about his revealing conversation with Sheila.
