Stella has a fuzzy memory about Curtis’s divorce papers and implores Marshall not to disclose the truth about his past to Curtis. She has a panic attack, and Curtis worries that Marshall caused it. Sonny gives his assent to Selina expanding her business to include gaming. They discuss the mounting threat of a family out west. Curtis then agrees to let Selina use The Savoy for poker games, provided she get him the info he seeks about Marshall.
IDENTITY CRISIS
Smoltz accuses Alexis of stealing the Joss/cam sex tape story from him. Nina informs Sonny that she’s taking Michael to court for visitation with Wiley. They kiss. Sonny shoots down Scott’s request to serve as a character witness for Nina. Smoltz agrees to drop the assault charges in exchange for Michael giving him the scoop for an exposé about Nina’s conflict with
the Corinthoses, which he intends to publish in The Invader. Willow sees Harmony pale when she spies Brendon. Later, Brendon demands money from Harmony — or else he’ll reveal that Nina is Willow’s birth mother! He knows all about Nina giving birth to twins, and Madeline Reeves giving one of the babies (Willow) to Nina. Harmony is shaken.

Later, Ava approaches Scott about changing Spencer’s restitution so that Trina doesn’t have to supervise him, but Scott says that it’s out of their hands. Spencer seeks out Ava at the gallery and finds Trina instead. She notes that she was with him at the cemetery when the sex tape was released and is hurt by his apparent doubt in her innocence. Spencer fantasizes about telling Trina that he’s falling in love with her. Cam and Josslyn resolve to exonerate Trina.
PRIVACY POLICY
Sam balks when Carly, who is desperate to prove that Esme framed Trina, asks her to get intel from Dante about the PCPD’S investigation. At the station, Dante and Jordan receive a new forensics report in the case and fear
it will fuel DA Arden’s efforts to throw the book at Trina. Rory eavesdrops on them. Sam observes as Dante tells Rory to email the report to him. While Sam and Dante are at dinner, he catches her sneaking a peek at the file.
