RAISE THE DEAD
Tripp opens up to Steve and Kayla about how hurt he is by what happened with Allie and admits that he is still in love with her.
A possessed Allie brings Ben and Ciara’s son to the cemetery to perform the ritual to take permanent possession of the child’s body. She conjures up a damned Charlie Dale from hell to assist. Meanwhile, Johnny and Susan try to reconnect with Allie, and when Marlena joins them, their love enables Allie to reach out and tell them where she and the baby are. Johnny arrives to interrupt the ritual, but Charlie overpowers him.
Evan attacks Ciara; she fights back, but is almost choked to death until Ben arrives to tackle Evan. Ben and Ciara get word on the baby from Marlena, and rush to the cemetery, where they interrupt Allie’s ritual. Chaos ensues; Allie flees. Charlie decides to kill
Ben, but Tripp arrives and eliminates his brother just in time. Ciara places the baby in Ben’s arms.
GUARDIAN ANGEL
Ciara and Ben bring their baby to the hospital to have him checked out. Shawn and Belle arrive and meet their newborn nephew. Everyone is touched to learn his name is Bo Brady Weston. Once alone, Ciara and Ben are visited by an angelic Bo. He tells them he’s been helping them battle Satan this whole time. After meeting his namesake grandson, Bo shares words of encouragement with both Ciara and Ben before departing.
WARNING SIGNS
Shawn learns Jan’s ankle monitor went off. John offers to check on her. He warns Jan to stay away from Belle.
CATCH THE DEVIL
Tripp and Johnny track Allie to the loft of St. Luke’s. Eric, John and Mar
lena arrive. They attempt an exorcism, but the devil threatens to kill Allie. Tripp offers to sacrifice himself for the woman he loves. Satan jumps into Tripp and is about to kill Allie when Tripp throws himself out of a window. John goes with Tripp to the hospital, while Johnny and Marlena take a rattled Allie home to reunite with Henry.
LIFE AND DEATH
Ava and Jake’s budding flirtation is interrupted by news of Tripp being rushed to the hospital. The duo heads there, where Ava is horrified when Kayla can’t save Tripp, who dies.
Kate is about to come clean with Roman about Lucas kidnapping Sami, when Lucas arrives. He explains Sami is in the hospital after breaking her leg while skiing. Kate worries Lucas is lying. Before they can get into it, Eric arrives with word on Allie and Tripp, and Lucas heads out to be with his daughter.
News of Tripp’s death begins to spread. Steve breaks down as he mourns his son when an angelic Bo appears and revives Tripp! Later, Ava, Steve and Kayla share an emotional reunion with Tripp.
SO LONG?
Eric reveals to Nicole that he is once again leaving Salem. They agree that they will always be friends who hold a special place in each other’s hearts. Rafe arrives to witness their platonic good-bye hug, and Nicole teases him about being jealous. She then assures Rafe that he is the only man she wants to be with.
GONE GIRL
Xander and Maggie struggle to tell Sarah the
truth about her baby since she has no memory of losing her. Eventually, Xander gets tangled up in his own lies when he tells Sarah that Eric has their daughter. Later, Xander goes to Eric to try to persuade him to help keep Sarah in the dark about Mickey, while Sarah shows up at Nicole’s door to take her baby home. Sarah is stunned when Rafe emerges. Sarah assumes that Nicole is cheating on Eric with Rafe, but Nicole quickly informs her that she and Eric are no longer together. Sarah leaves, just missing Xander, who springs his plan on Nicole. She refuses and insists Xander tell Sarah the truth. Later, Xander finds tearful Sarah in Eric’s arms, and realizes she now knows the truth.
