At­tempted bur­glary

Patrick Brum­baugh, 20, of Lans­dale, and Gre­gory Ea­gle, 29, of Pottstown, were each charged with at­tempted bur­glary, crim­i­nal tres­pass, crim­i­nal mis­chief and pos­ses­sion of an in­stru­ment of crime DIWHU D YHKLFOH VHHn flHHLnJ the scene of an at­tempted bur­glary on King Road in Sal­ford Town­ship be­tween about 9:15 and 9:30 a.m. July 23 was stopped at the Lower Fred­er­ick Town­ship Fire House, Penn­syl­va­nia State Po­lice at Skip­pack said.

The at­tempted bur­glary was dis­cov­ered when a bur­glar alarm was ac­ti­vat- ed, po­lice said.

Brum­baugh and Ea­gle were taken to Mont­gomery County Cor­rec­tional Fa­cil­ity af­ter fail­ing to post $25,000 cash bail, po­lice said. dis­trict court af­ter of­fi­cers were called for a re­port of a ver­bal do­mes­tic dis­pute be­tween a mother and her in­tox­i­cated teenage son in the 1800 block of Old Sum­ney­town Pike, Up­per Sal­ford, about 11:28 p.m. Aug. 1, Penn­syl­va­nia State Po­lice at Skip­pack said.

The teenager was 16, po­lice said.
