Margaret A. Snyder, 88, born Aug. 30, 1923, died Friday, Aug. 17, 2012, in Clearwater, Fla. She was the wife of H. Clare Snyder, who died in May 1981.

Born in Sellersvil­le, Pa., she moved to Florida in 1965. She was a lifelong member of the Lenape Chapter 339 Order of the Eastern Star and a past worthy matron. She attended Grace Lutheran Church, Clearwater.

She is survived by her four loving daughters, Jea- nette Johnson and husband Bob, Diane Guth, Marlene Nelson and husband Joe and Karen Crabbe and Roy. She also leaves behind eight grandchild­ren, 10 greatgrand­children and three great-great-grandchild­ren.

A celebratio­n of her life was held Thursday, Aug. 23, 2012, at Sylvan Abbey Funeral Home, Clearwater.

Samuel Harold Hockman, 94, of Perkasie, Pa., went home to be with his Lord on Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2012, at Logan Center in Logan, W. Va.

Harold was the loving husband of the late Gertrude L. Hockman for 62 years. He was born in Quakertown, Pa., to the late Samuel L. & Ellen M. (Stover) Hockman.

Harold graduated from Lansdale High School, Class of 1936, and attended Lincoln Tech for one year. Throughout his lifetime, Harold was a self-employed
