William H. Gulden

William H. Gulden, 92, previously of East Rockhill Township, died Saturday, Sept. 23, 2012, at his residence in the Lutheran Community at Telford. He was the husband of Cora (Leister) Gulden, with whom he would have celebrated 69 years of marriage on Oct. 17.

Born in Bedminster Township, Bucks County, he was a son of the late Mahlon and Carrie (Lewis) Gulden. He was a graduate of the former Sell-Perk High School.

He was a lifelong member of St. Matthew’s Lutheran (Keller’s) Church, Perkasie.

He was a farmer for many years, focusing on poultry and produce. He also drove a school bus for Pennridge School District.

Surviving with wife are children Jerry, wife Rebecca, of Park City, Utah, Sandy Marie Stickel, hus- band Tedd, of Doylestown, and Mary Ann Smith, husband Randy, of Quakertown; grandchild­ren James A. and Jonathan T. Stuart, Jason P. Stickel, Kelly L. Cassidy and Eric T. Smith; and great-grandchild­ren Joseph, Abigail, Kayla, Elise and Rowan.

He was preceded in death by four brothers.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 28, in St. Matthew’s Lutheran (Keller’s) Church, 3668 Ridge Road, Perkasie. Call from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday in Jeffrey A. Naugle Funeral & Cremation Service, 135 W. Pumping Station Road, Quakertown, or 10 to 11 a.m. Friday at the church. Interment will be in Keller’s Church Cemetery.
