Underage alcohol

Shane Ryan Stump, 20, of the 100 block of Hatfield-Souderton Pike, Souderton, was charged with underage consumption of alcohol after officers responded to a report of a man passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle that was not running and was parked in the parking lot at Reliance Court about 7:17 a.m. Sept. 9, Hilltown Township Police Department said.
