In­gre­di­ents 6 large ba­nanas ½ cup dark rum 2 ta­ble­spoons brown sugar 2 ta­ble­spoons maple syrup 2 ta­ble­spoons lemon or lime juice 1 ta­ble­spoon but­ter Sprin­kle of cin­na­mon Method Rub a lit­tle but­ter on the bot­tom of a medi­um­sized glass bak­ing dish. Peel and slice the ba­nanas length­wise and place them in the dish. Sprin­kle the brown sugar over the ba­nanas. In a bowl, mix the rum, maple syrup and lemon/ lime juice and pour over the ba­nanas. Evenly space the re­main­ing but­ter around the ba­nanas and sprin­kle with cin­na­mon.

Bake for about 20 min­utes or un­til the ba­nanas are a lit­tle tanned on top. If you re­ally want to be wicked, add an­other ta­ble­spoon of rum be­fore you dish up por­tions. Serve with cream.
