FORMULA 430 ASC

Formula’s latest iteration of its 430 Crossover platform is the 430 All Sports Crossover (ASC).

Though its deck layout is essentially the same as the 430 Super Sport Crossover’s, the 430 ASC has additional features for owners with diving, fishing and water sports in mind. Among them are a temperature- controlled fish box, a live well that pulls double duty as scuba tank stowage, a stainless-steel transom leaning post with stand-up paddleboard/surfboard stowage, and fishing rod holders.

Forward is a roomy bow lounge. Abaft it under the hardtop are wide helm seating, a U-shaped dinette with an adjacent bench, and a rigging/cleanup station. The cabin has two sleeping areas: a forward V-berth that converts to a double, and an amidships berth. A one- burner electric stove, sink and microwave are in the galley.

A set of four 400- hp Mercury Racing Verado 4-strokes make quick work of getting to the fishing grounds, capable of pushing the 430 ASC to a top speed of 51 knots and providing a 36-knot cruise. LOA: 43 feet • BEAM: 12 feet •
