Here’s what will be open and closed in Broward and Palm Beach counties on Monday.

Broward County

Government/ Schools

Federal, state, county and municipal offices will be closed.

Public schools, colleges and universiti­es will be closed.

The Circuit and County courts and the Administra­tive Office of the Courts will be closed.

Services

Banks, stock markets and post offices will be closed. There will be no regular mail delivery.

All offices and Health Centers at the Florida Department of Health In Broward County will be closed.

Broward County Animal Care and Adoption Center will be closed. In the event of animal attack or bite, call 911. For lost or found cats or dogs, call 954-359-1313, ext. 9273.

The Broward County Landfill at 7101 SW 205th Ave., Fort Lauderdale, will be closed.

There will be garbage pickup.

Entertainm­ent

The county library system will be closed.

Broward County regional and neighborho­od parks, nature centers and natural areas will be open with the exception of Deerfield Island Park, which will be closed per normal operating schedule.

Transporta­tion

Broward County Transit will operate Sunday bus schedule. For bus schedules, call 954-357-8400 (TTY 954-357-8302) or visit broward.org/bct.

Shopping

Malls and grocery stores will be open. Store hours will vary.

Palm Beach County
