Skanska USA construction and development firm named Graeme Kelly as senior vice president to lead the company’s business operations in southeast Florida. Kelly has worked for the company for 15 years in a variety of roles, including as vice president of operations in Atlanta, executive director for Skanska AB in the Middle East and, most recently, operations manager for Florida.
