Wondering which beaches are repeat offenders for high bacteria counts in the water? We’ve compiled the three beaches with the worst results in each county this year, according to the Florida Healthy Beaches website. Officials have discretion over whether to warn the public when tests show bacteria in the water. You can also find details on your local beach by searching the table at the end of this story.

Broward County

A tie between Commercial Boulevard Pier and Northeast 16th Street in Pompano Beach: four poor tests each; zero warnings. A tie between Pompano Beach Pier and Hallandale Beach Boulevard: three poor tests each; zero warnings.

A tie between John U. Lloyd in Fort Lauderdale and Custer Beach in Hollywood: two poor tests each; zero warnings.

Broward County hasn’t issued any warnings for any of its beaches this year. Bahia Mar in Fort Lauderdale is the only beach with no poor tests since testing started there in January 2018.

Palm Beach County

Dubois Park in Jupiter: five poor tests; five warnings.

Lake Worth Beach in Lake Worth: four poor tests; four warnings.
