12/13 was a great day because of Austin from GroovyTek. He helped connect my fairly new computer to an older Dell printer. Then, it got better when he helped me connect my digital camera photos to my computer. Simple to him, but a mystery to me! GroovyTek is a great choice and you get a follow up email with printable instructions to refresh what the tech taught you. We will be customers always.
