Terrabank announced that Mari Colina joined the firm as vice president branch relationsh­ip manager. Previously, Colina was vice president and financial sales manager at First Citizens Bank, formerly Biscayne Bank. Before that, she was vice president and branch manager at both Capital Bank and Colonial Bank.

Amerant Mortgage LLC, a subsidiary of Amerant Bank, named Tony Eelman as president. Eelman, formerly executive vice president and chief strategy officer, is a founding partner of Amerant Mortgage, which opened in December 2020.

Fort Lauderdale-based Health Network One, a provider of specialty benefit management services for health insurers, named

Claudio Kapusta as senior vice president of finance and accounting.
