The Florida Commission on the Status of Women has extended the deadline for the 2022 Women’s History Essay and Video Contests to Feb. 28. The organization is seeking entries for the 2022 Women’s History Essay Contest for students in grades 6-8 and Women’s History Video Contest for students in grades 9-12. The Commission invites all Florida students, of any gender, to participate in order to gain a more relevant appreciation of women’s roles in history.
