A contemporary Miami Beach mansion that was recently listed by Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s team “The Jills” offers residents a unique feature: the ability to swim in their own private lagoon, complete with fish.

The 14,498-square-foot waterfront estate, at 4567 Pine Tree Drive, was built in 2016. It boasts six bedrooms, seven full and two half bathrooms and sits on nearly 1 acre on the Indian Creek Waterway, with a dock that accommodates a 90-foot yacht. Pine Tree Drive, which stretches from 23rd to 63rd streets, is not only scenic and a quieter alternative to busy Collins Avenue, but it is home to some of the most exclusive properties Features include a steam room, shower and massage room; a heated salt-water pool; outdoor kitchen; fire pit; sunken lounge area; rooftop patio and a 200-foot-long bridge that winds through the property.

in Miami Beach.

The asking price is $25.75 million.

The Jills — Jill Hertzberg and Jill Eber — listed the property, which was previously on the market with another brokerage, on June 28.

“This house is truly unique,” Hertzberg said. “There’s not another house in the entire city that is anything like it.”

Other unique features include a 2,250-square-foot gym with an indoor basketball half-court built to NBA specifications, as well as a

steam room, shower and massage room; a heated salt-water pool; outdoor kitchen; fire pit; sunken lounge area; rooftop patio and a 200-foot-long bridge that winds through the property. There is

also a 3,000-square-foot flex space that could be used as an art gallery, or for any other purpose that suits the new owner.

The home, which has exposed concrete, stone and wood, was designed by Brazilian architect Marcio Kogan, of Studio MK27 in Sao Paulo. It has a look that’s distinctive for South Florida.

“There is an element of wonder when you open the front door,” Hertzberg said. “This doesn’t look like your typical home. It stands out in the crowd.”
