Scalloping season on Crystal River runs through Sept. 24 this year, and the Plantation will help you gather your dinner. The package includes two nights’ lodging and sets you up with snorkeling gear and a guide who’ll help you find the scallops that frequent the shallow grass flats of the Gulf of Mexico.
