Isla Bella Beach Resort: This new resort, expected to open in early 2019, is oceanside at the Seven Mile Bridge. It has 199 units, spa, five pools, four restaurants and bars, and a marina. Other amenities: meeting space, bocce, croquet, oversize chess, bicycles, guiding fishing expeditions. is expected to open later this year. All four units are being rebuilt.

Parmer’s Resort: Now open. It has 44 units and a new 90-foot beach.
