The Rotary Club Downtown Boca Raton hosted the fourth annual Mayors Ball, a black-tie gala featuring dinner, dancing and a live auction. The event raised $43,000 for Boca Raton nonprofits.

Guests were greeted with a display of Rolls Royce and McLaren automobiles as they walked the red carpet to a cocktail reception and silent auction. The Steve Chase Band performed during the dinner, and the event culminated with the presentation of the 2018 George E. Long Awards named for Boca Raton’s first mayor.

Awards went to Boca Raton Regional Hospital CEO Jerry Fedele, Modernizing Medicine and Best Foot Forward. Then 2017 winner Bobby Campbell received a Borowski glass sculpture as thanks for his support of the Rotary Club.
