A 4,498-square-foot Miami penthouse featured in the 2016 film “War Dogs” has been listed for sale for $4.495 million. The film, which starred Jonah Hill and Miles Teller, was based loosely on the true story of two men who won a $300 million government contract to supply arms to America’s allies in Afghanistan.

The two-story penthouse, Unit 5708 at Marina Blue, a 57-story condominium building at 888 Biscayne Blvd., has four bedrooms, four baths, three balconies, two living rooms, a dining room, a spacious kitchen and designer features throughout. It also boasts a floating Mosaic jet-and-rain shower in the master bathroom and 20-foot, floor-to-ceiling windows. The unit comes with four parking spaces and unobstructed city and ocean views. It was built in 2008.

The building’s amenities include sunrise and sunset pools, two hot tubs, a business center, fitness center, club room, a volleyball court and golf putting green.

“This building is within walking distance of the Frost Museum and the Arsht Center, and it’s got a beautiful park in front of it,” said Mirce Curkoski, a real-estate agent with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty in Miami Beach, who co-listed the property with agent Albert Justo. “Most buildings have either a sunrise or sunset view, but this unit has both—Miami Beach and downtown Miami views.”

The current owner, Alain Berdouare, is the brother of Christian Berdouare, who founded Chicken Kitchen. He purchased the unit new in June 2008 for $1.726 million.

“This unit is priced at about $1,000 per square foot, but a similar penthouse on Miami Beach would probably cost close to $20 million,” Curkoski said. “It’s definitely one of the best-priced penthouses, especially at this height and with views no one else offers.”
