Take stand against the wall

I am urging Senators Scott and Rubio to represent the residents and citizens of Florida. They also need to represent all Americans.

Trump needs to back off the wall; he’s only doing this to pull attention away from the seriousness of investigations, and his other shenanigans. If the shutdown continues, people will lose their food, their shelter and they can’t pay for things like health insurance. The American people, especially the government workers who are not being paid, are being held hostage and the consequences are dire. There is no excuse for this, there is no reason for this, this is inhumane and reprehensible.

I implore my elected officials to stand up for what’s right and humane.
