If you’re looking for a luxury condominium that offers the best of everything — and comes fully furnished with designer furniture and not one, but two luxury cars, then do we have the place for you.

In November, The Trump Group, a Sunny Isles-based developer (and no relation to the president), unveiled Palazzo del Cielo, a new oceanfront penthouse on the

47th floor of The Mansions at Acqualina, a luxury condominium project at 17749 Collins Ave. in Sunny Isles Beach.

The 9,145-square-foot unit, which has an additional 2,500 square feet of space outdoors, was designed by Miami-based STA Architectural Group and will be delivered to the buyer “toothbrush-ready,” complete with furnishings and accessories by Fendi Casa, Bentley Home, Trussardi Casa and Paul Mathieu. It also comes with your own Rolls-Royce Cullinan, the first all-terrain SUV from Rolls-Royce, and a Lamborghini Aventador, a luxury sports car.

The cost for the penthouse and everything that comes with it: $38 million.

“This unit has 360-degree views and

30-foot ceilings, which you don’t find in many places in South Florida, with stoneclad walls and $800,000 just in millwork,” said Michael Goldstein, president of sales for Acqualina Realty, which holds the listing. “This is for somebody looking for the world’s finest residence. It’s truly one of a kind.”

The contemporary penthouse has four bedrooms and six full and two half baths. Its features include a kitchen complete with 60-inch gas range, custom cabinetry, SubZero and Miele appliances and a wine cooler; a separate catering kitchen; a master suite with bar and his-and-hers baths with Dornbracht fixtures and Toto toilets; a grand salon; family room; and a dining area that seats 22.

Exterior features include a summer kitchen and a custom glass-bottom pool that’s cantilevered over the side of the building, allowing residents to float 600 feet above the ground. The pool has custom tiles hand-crafted in Wales.

Building amenities include an infinityedge saltwater pool, private cabanas, a cinema with stadium seating, cigar lounge, golf simulator, children’s playroom and resident-only Turkish bath and spa facilities. Residents also have access to the services and amenities of the adjoining Acqualina Resort & Spa.

Goldstein said that potential buyers for the unit have included people interested in both a permanent residence and a vacation home. “A lot of people from the northeast are moving down here, so I think it will end up being a primary residence,” he said.
