Andi Allen has joined Legacy Bank of Florida as group se­nior vice pres­i­dent and direc­tor of retail bank­ing, in Boca Ra­ton.

Coral Gables-based Mar­quis Bank re­cently ex­panded its lend­ing team in Broward and Mi­amiDade coun­ties. Christo­pher Sanz, pre­vi­ously a se­nior vice pres­i­dent at Ocean Bank, is vice pres­i­dent and Small Busi­ness Ad­min­is­tra­tion busi­ness de­vel­op­ment of­fi­cer, in Coral Gables, and Daniel Oliver joined as se­nior vice pres­i­dent and com­mer­cial real es­tate lender at the bank’s new Fort Laud­erdale of­fice.


The Mi­ami Dol­phins an­nounced se­nior level ad­di­tions to the or­ga­ni­za­tion with the mar­ket­ing, part­ner­ships and tick­et­ing de­part­ments. Steve Mullins was named vice pres­i­dent of cor­po­rate part­ner­ships. Laura San­dall was named vice pres­i­dent of mar­ket­ing. Moni Gerbini was pro­moted to vice pres­i­dent of ticket sales and Jamie We­in­stein was pro­moted to vice pres­i­dent of mem­ber­ship and pre­mium ser­vice. Prior to the Dol­phins, Mullins was most re­cently chief sales and mar­ket­ing of­fi­cer for the Fi­esta Bowl. San­dall was pre­vi­ously vice pres­i­dent of mar­ket­ing at Michaels since 2016. Be­fore that, she was the vice pres­i­dent of part­ner­ships, pub­lic­ity and phi­lan­thropy at JCPen­ney for four years. Gerbini is en­ter­ing her sixth sea­son with the Dol­phins. She formerly was direc­tor of ticket sales, and pre­vi­ously as man­ager of mem­ber­ship de­vel­op­ment. We­in­stein was the team’s se­nior direc­tor of mem­ber­ship and pre­mium ser­vice. She joined the Dol­phins from the NHL San Jose Sharks where she was direc­tor of client de­vel­op­ment and ticket op­er­a­tions.


Es­tamene Dorvilus was re­cently named a manag­ing part­ner at the LongHorn Steak­house in Davie, oversee­ing about 50 em­ploy­ees. Dorvilus started with LongHorn eight years ago as a server.

David Pos­ner has joined Boulud Sud Mi­ami as gen­eral man­ager.
