Ever wondered what it’s like to live like a basketball star? Now you could enjoy a taste of the high life in a 3,793-square-foot Miami condominium previously owned — and personally renovated — by Golden State Warriors forward Kevin Durant.

The unit, Penthouse 6307 at 900 Biscayne Blvd. in downtown Miami, was listed earlier this month by the husband and wife team of Michael Light and Jaimee Light of Douglas Elliman Real Estate in Coconut Grove. The price: $3.6 million.

“A lot of sellers claim they redesigned their units, but when you look, they still have the original kitchen and bathrooms,” said Michael Light, a realestate broker and Elliman senior director of luxury sales. “That’s not the case with this unit. The kitchen and bathrooms were completely gutted, and all that work was done by Kevin Durant and his designer. It was a complete gut remodel, and it’s stunning.”

The condo — on the 63rd floor of the building — has three bedrooms, four full and one half baths, a private elevator, movie theater, gourmet kitchen, smart-home technology and bay and Miami skyline views. There is also 1,000 square feet of terrace space.

The unit was fully remodeled and furnished with designer furniture and has been rented for $18,000 a month, the highest price ever paid for a yearly rental in a downtown Miami condominium, Light said. The sale includes the furniture.

Public records indicate that the condo, which was built in 2008, is currently owned

by a New York City-based limited liability company, which bought it in May

2015 for $3.15 million from K. Durant Enterprises LLC, an entity comprised of Kevin Durant as its sole member and manager. Durant bought the unit in March 2011 for $1.825 million.

According to NBA.com, Durant, 30, made his NBA debut in 2007 after being drafted by the Seattle Super-Sonics in the first round of the NBA draft. He signed as a free agent with Golden State in 2016 and re-signed with the Warriors in 2017. He won an NBA championship with Golden State in 2017.

Durant was named an NBA All-Star eight consecutive times and was named All-Star Game MVP for the second time in his career Feb. 17 in the

2019 All-Star Game after scoring 31 points and seven rebounds to help Team LeBron seal a 178-164 victory over Team Giannis.
