Dearly loved son, brother and friend, Thomas G. Brumley passed peacefully into the arms of our Lord at 3:54 pm, Thursday July

25, 2019, surrounded by loving family and friends. Tom was born March

23, 1956 in Owensboro Kentucky to Harry Brumley, Jr. and Sue Green Brumley. He moved with his family to Fort Lauderdale in 1970 and remained a member of that community until his death. Tom was in the Stranahan High School graduating class of 1974 and remained close to many of his fellow classmates, attending reunions and other activities. He become a certified dental lab technician and after working at other local labs, Tom started Black Tip AU Works Dental Lab in 1995, and worked there until his death. Considered a master technician and artist, Tom always kept up with the latest new procedures and technologi­es and was deeply respected in the dental industry.

As a Boy Scout, Tom’s patriotism and love of his country grew strong and he always felt grateful that he was born in “the greatest country in the world”. Tom’s strong faith and love of God greatly influenced his relationsh­ips and all who came to know him, loved him. A gentle, kind, positive, fun and humble man, Tom loved life and cherished each and every day he had. He lightened all situations with his smart wit and incredible sense of humor.

Tom is survived by his mother, Sue Green Brumley; brother Harry G Brumley III, his wife Mary Brumley and their daughters Sierra Brumley and Elizabeth Brumley; and by his sister Amanda Brumley Holtz, her son William Parker Holtz and daughter Kathryn Holtz. Tom is also survived by his aunts and uncles, Clara Kihl, Sally Mae and Bobby Pinkston, and Jerry and Bonnie Brumley, numerous cousins as well as many friends around the world, and his faithful dog, Nimitz. His father, Harry G. Brumley, Jr., predecease­s him. A Memorial to the life of Thomas Brumley will be at 11:00 am, Saturday August 24, 2019 at Rio Vista Community Church, 880 South Federal Highway, Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
