Fifteen South Floridians face federal charges for allegations of a kickback-and-bribery scheme at Veterans Affairs hospitals in West Palm Beach and Miami.

DAVIE – A self-described racist preaching genocide of all black people, blondes, brunettes, Americans, most Europeans and “hairy people of any races” has been arrested in Davie for posting threatening videos on YouTube.

According to a federal criminal complaint, Mostafa Hussaini bragged “I kill proudly. I kill. I burn and I am ambitious for more kills.”

The FBI arrested Hussaini on Wednesday for alleged transmission of threatening interstate communications, a spokesman for the agency said.

It is unclear why the 34-year-old man from Totowa, New Jersey was arrested in Davie but at least one of his videos — there were 12 in all — was called “Sh— On Miami Beach.”

“I don’t like blacks, Spanish, some white, but there is no whites in Miami,” Hussaini rants in a video published to YouTube on Dec. 4.

Hussaini recommends Miami visitors bring machine guns and handguns when they visit, the complaint said.

It was a Miami resident who alerted authorities to the sadistically titled videos like, “Soldier Burns, Fantasizing to Burn Enemy,” the complaint said.

Recurring targets of Hussaini’s contempt were black people, followers of Jesus and the military, investigators said.

Blue- and green-eyed people and the entire “hateful American continent” also made the list.

In an Oct. 16 video, Hussaini proclaimed and demonstrated his hatred of Christians and his desire to see them dead.

He appears on video with a parakeet he had named “Jesus” and kills it, the complaint said.

Hussaini made an initial appearance Thursday in federal court in Miami.

He is scheduled for a detention hearing on Wednesday, followed by arraignment on Dec. 26, records show.

The U.S. Army Counterintelligence Command, Miami Beach Police Department, Davie Police Department and the FBI continue their investigation.
