Signature’s Year-Round Commitment to Family Housing and Well-Being

Ringing in the winter holidays at its Annual Companywide Holiday Party at Tap 42 this past Tuesday, The Signature Real Estate Companies (Signature), Signature Gives Back (SGB), its 501 (c)(3), and Signature Title Group united its colleagues to support a local charity, Pajama Program, through a remarkable collection of new children’s pajamas and story books for underprivileged children. Its 24 brokerages throughout Florida and in Washington State have served as alternate collection sites.

Signature Title Group co-sponsored the event, and has drawn praise for its 10-year partnership with Signature and more than 10,000 closings with Signature alone. “I’m truly grateful that my personal and professional life have always included charitable endeavors,” says Attorney & President of Signature Title Group, Greg Gefen.

The latest employee donations follow Signature’s highly successful 2nd Annual Signature Gives Back Charity Golf Tournament last month; SGB will make its second grant to the unLIMBited Foundation to help another young child and their family with housing during and immediately after surgery to correct a complex-limb difference.

Says Broker & President of Signature and Co-Founder of SGB, Ben G. Schachter, “We’ve earmarked a ‘Companywide Signature Gives Back Day’ next March to serve as the peak of our commitment to helping our communities, and we’re excited to see this particular benchmark take flight.”
