Fashion designer Lisa Perry, known for her contemporary designs with geometric shapes and bold colors, has extended her signature style to real estate with the completion of her first home project.

She masterminded the makeover of a 6,476-square-foot Palm Beach classic Regency mansion originally built in 1980 by builder/developer Robert Gottfried. The house, at 3 Via Los Incas, is listed for sale at $10.9 million.

The home — the first project completed by Perry since the publication of her book, “Lisa Perry: Fashion – Homes – Design” — has six bedrooms and six and one-half baths. It was completely renovated by Perry after she bought it in May 2018 for $6.5 million.

Perry opened up the entire home, removing walls between rooms and adding large expanses of glass to bring the outside in and merge interior and exterior living spaces. The property is being sold furnished, with all furniture, art and accessories included.

“My new business involves finding, buying and renovating homes,” said the New Yorkbased Perry. “I then fill them with everything I love — from new and vintage furniture and lighting to artwork and M&Ms, all with the idea that the buyer

can move right in with as little as a suitcase.”

All hardware, art and furnishings were sourced from Perry’s travels between the United States and France. Her love of bold, primary colors is evident throughout the home.

“It is safe to say that circles and dots are a running theme throughout my homes and my life,” Perry said. “Each time I see them,

the positive impact is immediate, and they make me smile.”

Burt Minkoff, senior director of luxury sales at Douglas Elliman Real Estate in Palm Beach, who holds the listing, said: “Bob Gottfried was a famous developer on Palm Beach Island. He designed these great Regency houses, which were very traditional and formal, with great bones. What Lisa did was make it much more appropriate for modern-day living.”

The home sits on a 0.4-acre lot just a few houses away from the ocean. It comes with deeded beach rights, Minkoff said.
