Manuel D. “Manny” Medina, a tech entrepreneurwhosoldMiamibasedTerremarkWorldwide, hisIT infrastructure and cloud services company, to Verizon Communications for $1.4 billion in 2011, has listed his8,242-square-footcondominium on tony Fisher Island for $19.5million.
Fisher Island, located off the tip of Miami Beach, is only accessible by ferry, private boat or helicopter and is home to the nation’s wealthiest ZIP code, 33109, where residents had an average income in 2018 of $2.2 million, according to Bloomberg’s annual ranking of the richestZIP codes in theUnited States.
Thecondominium, at 7213 Fisher Island Drive in Miami Beach, is a ground-floor unit in a nine-story building.
