Miami Marlins outfielder Corey Dickerson and his wife have listed their 3,625-squarefoot condominium at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach for $2.695 million.

The two-level, loft-style unit, Loft 218 at 4701 N. Meridian Ave., has three bedrooms and a den, three full and one half baths and a spacious terrace with a summer kitchen and Jacuzzi. Additional features include gray porcelain flooring, a great room with a 25-foot ceiling, floor-to-ceiling windows with remote-controlled shades, a kitchen with Boffi cabinetry and Gaggenau appliances and a spa-like master bath with a glass-enclosed wet room and jetted soaking tub.

The waterfront Ritz-Carlton Residences is a residential-only project with no hotel component. It features 111 condominiums and 15 stand-alone villas designed by Italian architect Piero Lissoni. Amenities include a rooftop pool deck with cabanas, a meditation garden, club room, spa, state-of-the-art fitness center, a kids’ room and an art studio.

“It is truly a Ritz-Carlton experience, but there are no transient hotel guests,” said Michael Light, a real estate broker with Douglas Elliman Real Estate’s Sports and Entertainment Division in Coconut Grove, who shares the listing with colleague Jaimee Light. “It’s a value, based on its price per square foot compared to other things for sale in Miami Beach, and it has Ritz-Carlton services. They are realistic sellers.”

McKenzie Corey Dickerson was drafted by the Colorado Rockies in 2010 and made his Major League Baseball debut in

2013. He played for Tampa Bay, Pittsburgh and Philadelphia before joining the Marlins in

2020. He was an MLB All-Star in 2017 and won a Gold Glove Award in 2018.

Public records show that a trust associated with Dickerson and his wife purchased the unit new in February 2020 for $2.55 million.

Dickerson isn’t the only MLB player who owns at the Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach. In 2019, Hall of Famer Mike Piazza purchased a three-bedroom condominium there for $5.6 million.
