Where to find a coronaviru­s vaccine in South Florida

Here is where you can find a coronaviru­s vaccine in South Florida. The criteria for each location may vary, so be sure to check the site requiremen­ts before you make your appointmen­t.

Florida

The Department of Health “pre-registrati­on” website can be found at myvaccine.fl.gov. Residents can be notified directly when appointmen­ts near them are available at state-run COVID-19 vaccine sites.

Federally operated sites: May

4 was the last day first doses of the Pfizer vaccine were offered at federally supported vaccinatio­n sites. The one-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine will continue to be offered at the sites.

The Federal Retail Pharmacy Program sends vaccines directly to area drugstores. The pharmacies in South Florida include CVS, Publix, Winn-Dixie, Walgreens and Walmart.
