George Norton Hilton
It is with great sadness we announce George Norton Hilton’s passing on May 7, 2021. George was born on January 30, 1943, in Alton, Illinois, to Norton and Leatha Hilton. George was deeply loved by friends and family and will be profoundly missed.
George earned his bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University, was a member of both the Florida and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, was an accredited member of the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils, a Charter Member of Boca Raton Estate Planning Council and served as a member of its Board of Directors, was given an Honorary membership into The Harvard Club of the Palm Beaches, and was a long-time member of St. Benedict’s Church in Plantation.
George is survived by his loving wife, Bonnie, and family members including his brother, George Valliere; his three daughters, Heather Lynn Hilton, Holly Anne Hilton, and Elizabeth Stanforth Hilton; seven grandchildren, Victoria Ellen Kerstine, Tristan Andrew Bavol, Savannah Paige Kerstine, Delaney McKenna Garrett, Whitney Blair Kerstine, Marley Skye Garrett, and Lauren Elizabeth Northrop; and one great grandson, Noah Allen Kerstine.
In lieu of flowers, George’s family kindly asks you to consider a contribution in his memory to the American Kidney Fund.
Services will be held at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in Tampa, FL on June 22, 2021.
