Furnished estate features plenty for an active family

According to Douglas Elliman, the median sales price of a luxury single-family home in Delray Beach (the top 10 percent of sales) was $3.2 million in the second quarter of 2022, up 3.2 percent year-overyear. That represents the 10th consecutive quarter of median price increases.
Luxury single-family listing inventory increased year-over-year in the second quarter, however, for the first time in 10 quarters. Still, there was just a 5.5-month supply of homes for sale in Delray Beach in the second quarter, indicating that the market is almost balanced.
