The Sun Sentinel’s candidate and issue recommendations for the Aug. 23 statewide primary election are below, and are at sunsentinel.com/endorsements. In several races, the Sun Sentinel issued no endorsement because no candidate was considered qualified or none responded to requests for information. A race that’s listed on your ballot but not shown here means we did not endorse in that race.
