Yacht, furniture, artwork included with Hallandale mansion
Just in case a four-bedroom waterfront mansion isn’t enough to satisfy you, how about one that comes with a 56-foot yacht — and 352 feet of waterfront to dock it?
A 6,726-square-foot home in the Golden Isles neighborhood of Hallandale Beach hit the market in August for $9.999 million. The two-story Mediterranean home, at 661 Oleander Drive, is described by its listing agent as a “yachter’s dream” because it sits on a .44-acre point lot with enough dock space for two yachts, as well as an electric lift and full access to the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic.
“The house is on a double lot, and it has a lot of potential,” said Janet Ben Zvi, a real estate agent with ONE Sotheby’s International
Realty in Aventura, who holds the listing. “There are not too many homes where you can put two yachts.”
Features of the home, originally built in 1989 and renovated in 2015, include four baths, an open floor plan with triple-height ceilings, an island kitchen with granite countertops, a marble-topped bar, dual living rooms and a large primary suite with water views. There is a wood-paneled structure over the bar that serves as a focal point. There’s also a bathroom made entirely of glass and mirrors.
Outside, there’s a large deck, a hot tub, an outdoor grill and plenty of space for entertaining.
The sales price includes not only the yacht, a 1981 Hatteras motor yacht dubbed the “Ocean’s Grace,” but all of the furniture and artwork, Ben Zvi said.
Ben Zvi said that demand for homes in Hallandale Beach is surging because there’s little inventory in Miami Beach and the properties that are available are “extremely expensive.”
