Holiday gifts for a Holocaust survivor
Rami Spiegel, Goodman JFS assistant director of the Holocaust Survivors Assistance Program, surprises Holocaust survivor Sally Daman, 95, on Thursday at her Hallandale Beach home with a gift bag filled with apples, honey, candles, a honey cake and Jewish calendar in celebration Rosh Hashana. The holiday begins tonight and ends Tuesday evening.
