CORRECTION

Voters who bring mail ballots to their precincts on Election Day will receive a new ballot to record their votes. However, mail ballots can be brought to early voting sites and placed in secure drop boxes during early voting or returned to elections offices on Election Day. An editorial Friday was confusing on this point.
