It’s that time of year again when Santa Claus will be touring numerous Southern Maryland communities spreading Christmas cheer. Here’s a rundown on the Charles County streets Santa will travel, courtesy of local volunteer fire departments in Charles.
La Plata Volunteer Fire Department
Dec. 10 — Clarks Run, Woodhaven Road, Robins Road, Prince Charles Drive/Ellenwood and Lofton Hill.
Dec. 11 — Simms Landing Road, Chandler’s Town, Shirley Boulevard, Ann Harbor Drive, Rosehill Road and Valley Road.
Dec. 17 — Quailwood, Haldane Drive, Steeplechase and Locust Grove.
Dec. 18 — Town of La Plata.
Hughesville Volunteer Fire Department
