Intimate new interviews with skateboarding superstar Tony Hawk are a key component in this all encompassing new look at Hawk’s life and storied career, as well as his relationship to the sport with which he has become virtually synonymous. Still pushing his limits at age 53, this pioneer of modern vertical skating remains one of the most influential skateboarders of all time. Other interviews include another skateboard pioneer, Stacy Peralta, and pro skateboarders Rodney Mullen, Mike McGill, Lance Mountain, Steve Caballero and Neil Blender, among others.

Celebrated chef and restaurateur Geoffrey Zakarian has $250,000 of his own money that he’s looking to invest in a new rising star of the restaurant world in this new six-episode culinary competition. The show follows Zakarian as he puts eight talented chefs through a series of challenges to determine which of them seems best suited to run their first restaurant. That dream is tougher than ever to realize in the current reality, but Zakarian is ready to do whatever he can to lift up a new generation of chefs.
