Home renovation specialists Michael and Ashley Cordray return for their fourth season of saving centuries-old homes in Galveston, Texas. In the season premiere, “Alley Cat House,” the Cordrays turn an alley home once filled with cats into a getaway. The property is highlighted with custom features including reclaimed wood walls and an upcycled stock tank bathtub.
10 p.m.on FOOD Big Restaurant Bet
The competition reaches its climax as host Geoffrey Zakarian lets each of the two chef finalists do a full restaurant takeover, setting up their eatery with a full staff, as well as real diners — which, needless to say, include Geoffrey himself, in the season finale “It’s Yours to Lose!” Even if both chefs manage to succeed in proving their prowess though, only one of them can earn Zakarian’s investment of both his time and energy.

This four-episode docuseries chronicles the saga of Richard Lee McNair, a criminal mastermind and incomparable escape artist who is believed to be the only person ever to have broken out of jail, a state prison and even a federal penitentiary. McNair’s repertoire of tricks that allowed him to pull off the seemingly impossible includes crawling through air vents, using lip balm to slip out of handcuffs and even mailing himself to freedom.

In the new episode “Rise,” Max (Ryan Eggold) gets an alarmingly clear perspective on how severely Dr. Fuentes’ (recurring guest star Michelle Forbes) budget cuts are damaging New Amsterdam, moving him to realize it’s now or never for him to make him move. Meanwhile, Iggy (Tyler Labine) takes an unconventional approach to connect with a young patient in need. Elsewhere, Reynolds and Wilder (Jocko Sims, recurring guest star Sandra Mae Frank) perform a risky
surgical procedure that could save the lives of unborn twins.
