Making your experience the best it can be

-

Emmanuel Christian Academy (ECA) is a community of Christians, intentionally joined together for academic progress, personal development and spiritual growth.

We are a Christ-centered K-12 school committed to strong academics and advancing the Gospel of Jesus Christ in a broken world. We seek to honor Him by integrating biblical faith and learning while our hearts and lives embrace the process of maturing in Christ.

We’re often asked about the steps involved in our admissions process, so I wanted to provide a brief overview. Our staff is trained to work with parents every step of the way.

■ Research: Explore our website at www.ecaoh.com. There is a lot of information under the Admissions tab.

■ Visit: We offer several Open House opportunities throughout the school year, but you may also schedule a time to come in for a private, individualized tour. This will give you the opportunity to evaluate the school grounds, campus, facilities and visit with teachers (if available) to get a feel for the school’s culture.

■ Apply: An online application is completed and submitted. Alternatively, we are happy to schedule an appointment at our school to help you through the online process. Upon application, supporting documents such as previous report cards, test scores, immunizations, health records, and discipline records will also be required.

■ Screening: Emmanuel endeavors to place every child in an environment where he/ she will thrive. Therefore, we conduct a short academic screening that will be assessed by our staff.

■ Family Interview: During the family interview, we’re able to gain a better understanding of your child’s interest, hobbies and passions. During this time, families are free to get additional questions answered.

■ Acceptance: Once the required paperwork has been submitted and fees are paid, our administrative team will meet to establish enrollment qualification. Once a decision has been made to accept enrollment, the parent(s) will receive a Letter of Acceptance. If they decide to move forward with enrollment, our business office will be in touch to discuss financial aid (if applicable) and the tuition plan.

The bottom line is, we are here to serve! Throughout the entire admissions process, our staff is ready to help our prospective families through each step. Lynn Willis, our administrative executive of admissions and marketing, has empowered her team to go above and beyond to make your experience the best possible.

If you have the desire to seek enrollment at ECA, please feel free to reach out to Mrs. Willis at 937-390-3777.
