Station 19, 8 PM on Ch. 22 and Ch. 9: At the end of last season we watched Jack Gibson (Grey Damon) drive away from Andy (Jaina Lee Ortiz) after he seemingly quit his job. With the Season 6 premiere, we finally find out just what went down. But with changes on the horizon and drama around every corner from the station, the Season 6 premiere looks like a four alarm fire. Walker Independen­ce, 9 PM on Ch. 26: This origin story of CW’S hit series “Walker” is set in the 1800s and follows Abby Walker (Katherine Mcnamara), a Bostonian whose husband is murdered before her eyes while on their journey West. After crossing paths with Calian (Justin Johnson Cortez), a curious Apache tracker, Abby arrives in the town of Independen­ce, Texas, where she encounters diverse and eclectic residents running from their pasts, chasing their dreams and keeping their own secrets in this series premiere. Katie Findlay, Lawrence Kao, Matt Barr, Philemon Chambers and Greg Hovanessia­n also star.

Alaska Daily, 10:01 PM on Ch. 22 and Ch. 9: Eileen Fitzgerald (twotime Academy Award winner Hilary Swank) is an award-winning investigat­ive journalist who leaves her high-profile New York life behind after a fall from grace to join a daily metro newspaper in Anchorage, Alaska. But in the series premiere, her first assignment about a conspiracy-riddled cold case involving a serial killer targeting indigenous women, leaves her feeling a bit unwelcome by the locals. Jeff Perry, Matt Malloy and Meredith Holzman also star.
