CINCINNATI — The president of Archbishop Moeller High School in Cincinnati has been placed on administrative leave after he was arrested over the weekend at a bar in Nashville, Tennessee, reports say.

Court records show that James Marshall Hyzdu, who turn 46 today, is charged with criminal trespass, public intoxication and disorderly conduct. Moeller Principal Carl Kremer told Fox 19 that Hyzdu immediately was put on administrative leave by the Archdiocese of Cincinnati.

According to the Cincinnati Enquirer, a police report shows Hyzdu is accused of following women around in a Nashville bar Saturday night and “making them uncomfortable.”

Hyzdu was removed from the bar multiple times but kept returning, police say, at one point changing his clothes in an attempt to get back inside the bar, the Enquirer reports.

WCPO Channel 9 reports that officers called to the bar described Hyzdu as “highly intoxicated” and he was taken into custody because he was considered a danger to himself and others. Fox 19 reports Hyzdu was released from jail Sunday morning.

Kremer released a statement saying the Pastoral Center of the Archdiocese and the Moeller board are considering their next steps, WLWT Channel 5 reports.

“I want to assure you that we are committed to maintaining our integrity and values as we work through this situation,” Kremer said in the statement.
